I have recently just started working at the local nursing home in my town. I love the job, but am having such a hard time getting on a schedule. In the mean time i have been potty training my two year old. I am trying to juggle a lot right now and I think it's getting a little overwhelming.

A little about me

My name is Cynthia Williams, I am a mother of two girls, Cyenna who is 2 yrs, and shaylee who is 13 months. I am engaged and have been for nearly two years now. I live in Fort Gibson, OK and was born in Tulsa, OK and grew up in Muskogee, OK. I am not currently working due to the fact of I live in a small town with no job opportunities, unless you have a college degree. Which is what brought me to Kaplan University. I have been wanting to go back to school for a while but never got the motivation until I realized I was stuck in a job I just could not see myself staying in for the rest of my life. I was working for a cherokee casino and was constantly on my feet and dealing with angry people, as you can imagine cause they were losing all their money. lol. But I was pregnant and working in that smoke filled atmosphere just pushed me even more to go back to school. So now I am half way through with my education to become a medical assistant and start my clinicals in august. yay! I can not wait.

I am having trouble recently with balancing between kids and school. At first everything was going good, but I am having trouble scheduling and balancing everything. If anyone has any advice that might help me that would be great.
